SIPA Packaging is a private Algerian company specialising in the offset printing and manufacturing of secondary packaging made from flat cardboard and paper. Founded in 1996 by the Benadjel family in Boudouaou, Wilaya de Boumerdes.
We began our operations manufacturing labels for the beverage and dairy sectors. In 2008, SIPA expanded into specialised folding carton production for the pharmaceutical and agro-food industries — a transition that established our reputation as one of Algeria's most capable packaging printers.
Our production fleet includes five-colour Heidelberg offset presses, auto-platines, and folder-gluers — operated on a continuous 3×8 shift rotation to serve the throughput demands of our clients.
Foundation
SIPA is established by the Benadjel family at Cité Benadjel, Boudouaou, Wilaya de Boumerdes. Operations begin with label manufacturing for the beverage and dairy sectors.
Fleet expansion
Investment in Heidelberg five-colour offset presses, auto-platines, and folder-gluer machines establishes SIPA as a full-service secondary packaging operation.
Pharmaceutical entry
SIPA expands into specialised pharmaceutical carton production — adding Braille embossing capability and compliance-grade quality protocols for the regulated sector.
