Zero tolerance for deviation

Quality.

Quality is not a department at SIPA — it is the operating standard of every person on the production floor. Our quality charter was developed over 30 years of printing for Algeria's most demanding industries, and it is applied without exception on every job we run.

01

Raw material qualification

Every substrate, ink, varnish, and consumable entering our facility is checked against documented specifications before it is approved for use. Suppliers are evaluated annually against quality and delivery performance criteria. No material enters production without a conformance record.

02

Pre-press and proofing

Every new job receives a documented pre-press check covering file resolution, colour profile, bleed, registration marks, and Braille data where applicable. A press-proof or calibrated digital proof is submitted to the client for sign-off before the production run begins. No exceptions.

03

In-line production control

Colour density is measured at regular intervals throughout each press run using calibrated spectrophotometry. Any deviation beyond our defined tolerance triggers an immediate stop, root-cause investigation, and corrective adjustment before production resumes. Records are retained per job.

04

Final inspection and release

Finished goods are inspected against the client-approved sample for colour accuracy, registration, cutting precision, folding, gluing, and — for pharmaceutical boxes — Braille legibility. A release note accompanies every pallet. Non-conforming units are quarantined and disposed of under a documented procedure.

05

Continuous improvement

Non-conformances are logged in our quality register and reviewed monthly by production management. Repeat issues trigger formal corrective action plans with defined owners and completion dates. Annual quality targets are set, measured, and reported to company leadership.

SIPA's commitment to quality is the reason Algeria's pharmaceutical and agro-food industries have trusted us for over three decades. Every box we ship carries our name — and that is a standard we protect on every shift.
